Terms of Service

Effective June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mythic Route mobile app, website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Arysha LLC (“Mythic Route,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

Mythic Route turns a drive into a narrated documentary: it plans routes, surfaces curated tours, and plays location-aware audio narration as you travel. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. Drive safely

The Service is designed to be hands-free and to play audio while you drive. It is not a substitute for safe driving or for a primary navigation system, and it does not guarantee road, traffic, or routing accuracy. Always obey traffic laws, keep your attention on the road, and do not interact with your device while driving. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely. Do not rely on the Service for emergency, safety-critical, or real-time hazard information.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@mythicroute.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Purchases and the Trip Pass

Certain features are unlocked through a one-time, in-app “Trip Pass” that grants time-limited access to narrated content. There is no recurring subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple’s terms in addition to these Terms; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Prices, included content, and any usage limits may change, and promotional or early-access pricing may be offered from time to time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its narration, audio, or imagery except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• use the Service to break the law or to infringe the rights of others; or
• misuse, overload, or circumvent any usage limits, security, or rate-limiting of the Service.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, brand, and original narration, is owned by Arysha LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Narration is generated from public sources such as local history, geography, and folklore, and some imagery is provided under open licenses (for example, Creative Commons) with attribution shown in the app. Those third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial travel.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties — including Apple, mapping providers, connected-vehicle platforms, and experience partners (for example, Viator). Links or referrals to partners may be affiliate links for which we may earn a commission; any booking or purchase you make with a third party is governed by that party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for their products, services, or content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that narration, routes, or other information will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arysha LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Arysha LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
